Have you ever wondered what hundreds of acres of farmland looked like in the winter? Well, here you go! The soil around here is so rich and fertile, even in the winter it's dark in color. One of the things I love about this area is that you can literally see for miles and miles and miles! That dark strip in the back of the photo is a row of trees. The rest of this is just farmland waiting for spring.

This is amazing to me. I only get to see red clay. What a beautiful shot. It would be so odd not to see hills and mountains all around me.
